Assisting the non-profit sector in organizational matters, board strategies, resource development, and mission-critical projects remains the core of our services. Our most recent work has included a long term strategic plan for the Entergy Texas Young Artists Music Competition, board development for the Montgomery County Performing Arts Society, as well as smaller projects for Houston's Opera in the Heights, the Grand Teton Music Festival, and the Hobby Center for the Performing Arts.
